SYSTAG is certified to conduct air quality testing of breathing air and compressed air systems in accordance with Australian Standards.
We test air used in:
- Breathing apparatus systems
- Diving air systems
- Industrial breathing air applications, including spray painting air hoods and confined space airline systems
Testing is carried out on-site by trained technicians, who can also assess system setup and identify the causes and remedies for any contamination detected.
Two Levels of Air Quality Testing Are Available:
- On-site testing using MSA detector tubes for:
- Water vapour
- Oil vapours
- Carbon monoxide
- Carbon dioxide
- Oxygen deficiency
- Laboratory analysis, where an air sample is taken and analysed by a BOC-accredited laboratory
A detailed Air Quality Test Certificate is issued with every test, outlining results and any corrective action required.
Air quality testing can be performed on:
- High-pressure systems up to 350 bar
- Low-pressure systems from 4–16 bar
