SYSTAG carries out pressure vessel inspections and certification in accordance with AS/NZS 3788.
Inspection Requirements:
- External inspections every two years
- Internal visual inspections every four years
Our inspections include:
- Thorough examination of vessel condition
- Testing or replacement of safety valves and pressure gauges
- Issuing of a detailed written inspection report
Where required, ultrasonic testing is used to determine wall thickness and assess corrosion.
SYSTAG manages the entire inspection process, including:
- Removal and refitting of inspection covers
- Replacement of all gaskets with new components
- On-site hydrostatic testing where required
