SYSTAG provides certified hydrostatic testing, inspection and filling of breathing air and gas cylinders, ensuring full compliance with Australian Standards and manufacturer requirements.
Testing Intervals:
- SCUBA cylinders: Hydrostatic testing and re-certification every 12 months
- Breathing apparatus cylinders:
- Every 3 years for certain hoop-wrapped cylinders
- Every 5 years for composite and steel cylinders
Storage banks:
- Every 5 years for non-fixed cylinders
- Every 10 years for permanently fixed systems
All testing is conducted by a Registered Test Station and includes an air fill with breathing air certified to AS1715 and AS2299.
Cylinder testing is performed in accordance with AS2030, AS2337, and all relevant manufacturer specifications.
